NES NATIONAL PUBLIC SCHOOL

A tiny school of seven students was founded by a lone teacher- Dr. R. Varadarajan dreaming a University as far back as 1963, and that was the beginning of NES. Together with it’s sister trust Saraswathi Vidya Bhavan (SVB), NES-SVB group has bloomed into a bouquet of 55 excellent institutions, providing quality education to 45,300 students with a teaching faculty of 1480.

Sharon School which began in 1967 with 7 students and a few staff members has multiplied and grown into a large family today, the strength of the current batch stands at 1300 students and 60 staff members. Over the past five decades despite infrastructural challenges, as an institution we have truly asserted ourselves and made our mark in society with our students faring well in interschool competitions and in the std. X board exams. As a befitting reward, this year’s std X students too made us feel ecstatic and proud with our topper Ms. Sanika Rajde scoring 99.6%, Mst. Kevin Shah scoring 98% and Ms. Dhruvi Patel scoring 97.6%. 41 students out of the 116 students who gave the exam scored above 90%
